I’ve been using AmoCRM for a few years now, and they have been getting better and better with every update. They really focus on making an easy to use product for the end user. This is why we went with amo over Salesforce and any of the other big names.
We use their email integration feature so our salespeople can keep track of all the conversations anyone else in our office had had with our customers. Very useful!
Also we recently started using their widget integration with Mailchimp which saves our team tons of time. They have other widgets too, but we haven’t had a need for them yet.
